Here is a suggestion for an starter or evening snack.
There are many ways to make the padron peppers, mine is quite simple.
Heat the pan and place the peppers padron only with salt, stir them to be sure that aren’t cooked on one side only. When they begin to get browned remove and leave to stand. The salt that is left in the pan should not be used.
Just before serving place the peppers padron again in preheated pan, put salt and a little olive oil and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
And, they are ready to serve.
