Shrimps with red onion and "Cremant Bruit"

This recipe excels in simplicity and flavor.


250g peeled raw shrimp
250ml "Cremant Bruit"
1 small red onion
2 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of pepper Cayene Tea Beans
salt to taste

Heat the frying pan and place a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the shrimp for 3 or 4 minutes (or until almost cooked) and set aside. In the same pan place the rest of the olive oil, red onion, garlic and pepper and brown. Then reduce the power by half and place the "Cremant Bruit", reduce the sauce until half.

To finish mix well the previously cooked shrimps with the reduction and place on a plate or platter to serve.
